The FAA is notifying operators that the NTSB amended Part 830 to include five new conditions that require immediate notification upon occurrence.

The FAA is notifying operators that the NTSB amended Part 830 to include five new conditions that require immediate notification upon occurrence. These include propeller blade release; loss of information from cockpit displays; TCAS resolution advisories issued; damage to helicopter tail- or main-rotor blades; and events involving aircraft that land or depart on a taxiway, incorrect runway or other area not designed as a runway, or runway incursions.
