Signature Flight Support announced a new customer relationship program–Signature Status–at the 2010 Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in San Antonio in January.
According to the company, Signature Status is designed “to offer valuable benefits to operators, flight departments and aircraft owners by rewarding members’ loyalty to Signature’s U.S. fixed-based operations. Three membership tiers–silver, gold and platinum–allow members to take advantage of escalating benefits, such as guaranteed crew cards, preferred ramp parking, priority daytime hangarage, GPU start-up discounts, complimentary Hertz #1 Gold membership and Signature QuickTurn services.”
Enrollment has begun and members were scheduled to begin receiving benefits as of March 1. The program is not based on fuel volumes, so the size of the aircraft and subsequent uplift of fuel has no effect on member benefits. It is limited to turbine-powered IFR aircraft registered in any country.
