Looking not unlike a T-tail compact version of its Sovereign stablemate, the Cessna Citation CJ4 should have earned its FAA credentials by the time these words are printed. At press time, Cessna said FAA certification of its newest business jet would happen âsoon,â and that it would include single-pilot approval and a type rating common to all CJ-series Citations. Up front is a Collins Pro Line 21 avionics suite, and the price of the aircraft is circa-$8 million. Williams recently obtained FAA approval for the FJ44-4A engines.
