The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has launched an airports, handling and ground operations committee (AHGOC). It will focus on business aviation issues related to airports, such as fair access, safety and standards, environmentally friendly operations and fair competition. There are two working groups in the AHGOC, one for airports and one for handling. The committee will also hold an annual event to address best practices for handling services and international service providers and to raise business aviation’s profile. The first event is planned in conjunction with this year’s EBACE show in Geneva (May 4 to 6).
