Delta AirElite acquired Kinston, N.C.-based Segrave Aviation on January 21. According to Delta AirElite, the transaction will double the size of its fleet and improve Web-based booking and the travel experience for fleet membership card and charter customers. Segrave, which started operations in 1994, offers aircraft management, charter and maintenance, as well as FBO services.
