Making its debut appearance at the NBAA Convention, C-DEC Consulting is here to tout its expertise in cabin interiors. Its name speaks to its capabilities, according to Robert Belgau, an FAA designated engineering representative (DER) and one of the
principals of the Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based company: Completions (C) with expertise in Design (D), Engineering (E) and Coordination (C) with certifying agencies. C-DEC’s emphasis is on non-standard furnishings and “special requests,” said Belgau. “It’s important to be nimble,” he explained. “And our team has a record of responding where larger companies couldn’t.” All five principals–John Morton, Robert Belgau, David Ross, Mike Hankins and Peter Dettmers–are on hand at the company’s NBAA booth (No. 1371) to discuss what the company terms “unique” cabin-interior needs with attendees.
