Tulsa International Airport has a new FBO: Aircraft and Turbine Support’s multi-million-dollar complex. The facility is located on the southwest corner of the airport and features a 22,000-sq-ft storage hangar, freshly remodeled terminal building and a separate office building for tenants. One unusual feature of the FBO will make pet owners happy–a dog run next to the courtyard. Aircraft and Turbine Support is an Avfuel dealer and also offers overhauls and maintenance on GE CJ610 and CF700 engines. The remodeled terminal has a coffee bar, conference rooms, training room, movie theater, snooze room and pool table. “Our facility is spacious,” general manager Joe Cole said, “but it’s not overwhelming. We’ve built an FBO that delivers the ultimate level of comfort without the gold and marble everywhere, to maintain low fuel prices and keep overall costs down.”
