Jet Support Services Inc. (JSSI), which provides hourly cost maintenance programs for entire aircraft and engines, is introducing its Premium Engine program here at the EBACE show. Formerly known as the Complete program, Premium Engine includes major scheduled events, unscheduled maintenance, life-limited components, 24/7 technical support, future mandatory and recommended service bulletins, future Airworthiness Directives, troubleshooting labor allowances, rental engines and a JSSI technical representative on-site during engine shop visits.
Customers can add even more benefits to Premium Engine through JSSI’s Plus, Removal & Replacement, Freight coverage and EZ Enrollment options. Here in Geneva, JSSI can be found at Booth No. 1075.
Meanwhile, the Chicago-based company also has a new president in the shape of Lou Seno, formerly with Boeing Capital and GE Capital Solutions. Seno is responsible for worldwide strategic planning, business development and global sales for JSSI. “Lou knows our clientele intimately and, as one of the founders of JSSI, he understands their needs better than anyone,” said JSSI CEO Kelly Simmons.
Seno holds an airline transport pilot certificate and CitationJet type rating and has more than 6,000 hours in various turbine and piston airplanes. He is also on the boards of directors of JSSI and Duncan Aviation, on the board of governors of the Flight Safety Foundation and a member of the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University president’s advisory board and a trustee of that institution.
