FlightSafety International’s London/Farnborough training center recently received JAA level-D qualification from the UK Civil Aviation Authority within in an eight-week period for three new business jet simulators: a Hawker 750, a Cessna Citation Sovereign and a Gulfstream G550. According to the company (Booth No. 1543), all three are equipped with the latest FSI advances, including electric motion control-loading technology, Vital visual systems, SimIO data control and SimPWR power distribution. The training center’s other simulator offerings include a Citation Bravo, CJ2, Excel, Mustang and Sovereign; the Hawker 400XP, 750, 800XP and 850XP; a Beechcraft King Air 200; a Gulfstream G500; and a Sikorsky S-92. “The JAA level-D qualification of these simulators demonstrates our commitment to serve and support our customers in Europe and the surrounding region,” said Bruce Whitman, FSI president and CEO.
