Salinas Municipal Airport in central California has finished upgrades that include new offices, a conference room and modernized common areas. Other airport projects still under way include reconfiguration of the transient parking ramp, installation of a new beacon and a new taxiway to the upcoming Salinas Jet Center, which is being developed by FBO Central Coast Aviation. The new office space and common area upgrade will help airport users, according to Central Coast. “We have been pushing for this project for a while so we can better accommodate our growing clientele,” said Gary Vincenz, owner of Central Coast Aviation.
