Mideast expo puts spotlight on interiors
Gulf VIP, an event for the Middle East’s ultra-rich that promotes executive jet interiors to the “the lucrative markets of Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia”

Gulf VIP, an event for the Middle East’s ultra-rich that promotes executive jet interiors to the “the lucrative markets of Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia” is scheduled for March 4 to 6 in the Persian Gulf island kingdom of Bahrain. Organized by the French firm Business Conventions International (BCI), Gulf VIP will also feature interiors for yachts and exotic cars with $100,000+ price tags.

BCI Aerospace, a division of the Adhesion Group, is at Booth No. 4373 to provide details of the three-day Gulf VIP luxury interiors conference, including a full list of exhibitor and supplier categories.

The aim of Gulf VIP is to match selected Middle Eastern buyers with executive jet OEMs and completion centers, as well as with purveyors of high-dollar aircraft interiors, including component features such as in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems, satellite communication gear, lighting and passenger comfort systems.

BCI arranges international face-to-face business meetings between buyers and suppliers. It uses pre-meeting questionnaires to identify specific buyer desires and vendor capabilities to facilitate a match between customer requirements and offered products and services. These meetings will be the primary function of Gulf VIP.

In addition, the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center will host a conference program including workshops on topics such as business-jet wireless communication, health and safety issues and available IFE upgrades.

BCI expects Gulf VIP to attract more than 150 exhibitors and approximately 5,000 visitors.
