Family-owned since 1958, Panorama Flight Service at Westchester County Airport (HPN) in White Plains, N.Y., recently signed a three-year deal to become a Texaco fuel distributor. Panorama president Gene Condreras said jet-A makes up 80 percent of its fuel sales. After a thorough makeover of its facility, Panorama opened its current 11,000-sq-ft terminal and 20,000-sq-ft hangar in April last year but has been pumping jet fuel since September 2001. He described the ramp area in front of the terminal as “spacious,” with tiedowns for about 150 based aircraft and 34 T-hangars also included on the leasehold. Through the ChevronTexaco Alliance program, Panorama offers discounted fuel through the following contract programs: Avcard, AirRouting International, Arrow Energy, Associated Energy Group (Mariah Fuels), Avfuel, Best AeroNet, Canyon Fuels, Colt International, GlobeGround North America, Phoenix Fuels, Universal Weather & Aviation, Western Petroleum and World Fuel Services.
