McDonnell Douglas DC-9-15, Saltillo, Mexico, July 6, 2008–The USA Jet Airlines cargo DC-9 crashed on approach to Saltillo Airport. The captain was killed and the first officer critically injured. They were the sole occupants. The NTSB sent a team of investigators to assist the Mexican government in the investigations.
