In the three years that Business Jet Center (BJC) has been open at Oakland (Calif.) International Airport, the FBO has doubled the number of gallons of fuel sold and traffic has jumped by 200 percent. The first quarter of this year continued strong, with fuel volume climbing 20 percent compared to the same period last year. “This is shaping up to be another solid year of growth for our location,” said general manager David Mills. A factor that probably helps drive fuel sales at Business Jet Center’s Oakland base is fueling and service contracts with Flight Options and Flexjet. Business Jet Center’s first FBO is at Dallas Love Field in Texas.
