Tallahassee Commercial Airport has a paved 3,200-foot runway sited on a 200-acre parcel, and this is offered at $10 million. An adjacent 63-acre parcel is also available from another owner for an additional $1.6 million. Included with the airport are two hangars (one 80 x 80 feet and the other 80 x 60 feet), a three-bedroom, two-bath residence/office and an above-ground fuel farm (using truck tankers, not permanently installed tanks).
