Super Wing Ding planned at Texas FBO
It may not be the closest FBO to next year’s Super Bowl in Houston, but it might be the most fun.

It may not be the closest FBO to next year’s Super Bowl in Houston, but it might be the most fun. Wing Aviation at Lone Star Executive Airport (CXO) in Conroe, Texas, is planning a bash that should rival the action on the field at the Houston Astrodome, some 45 miles away. Brian Wing, president of Wing Aviation, said, “While everyone else is circling to land at IAH [George Bush International] or HOU [Houston Hobby], you can easily land at Wing Aviation and be on your way to the game in the limo of your choice.”

And if your lot is to remain behind to wait with the airplane, Wing will have several large-screen televisions on which to watch the game, as well as foosball and pool tables for a little friendly competition between plays. To further sweeten its Super Bowl punch, Wing is waiving landing and ramp fees during the weekend of the game while offering “the most competitive fuel rates in the city.” Free concierge service for booking limos, rental cars, hotel rooms and restaurant is also on the menu along with hamburgers, pizza and–of course–Wing’s hot wings.
