Organizers announce future convention dates for EBACE
The European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) will take place in Geneva at least through 2009.

The European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) will take place in Geneva at least through 2009. The show’s joint organizers, NBAA and the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), have decided to keep the event at Geneva’s Palexpo Convention Center for four years after this year’s event, which will take place from May 18 through 20.

In a January 10 announcement, the organizers released dates for EBACE shows for the next four years. These are: May 3 through 5, 2006; May 22 through 24, 2007; May 20 through 22, 2008; and May 12 through 14, 2009.

Apart from having plenty of available exhibit space to accommodate growth, the Palexpo center also benefits from being located at the Geneva International Airport. EBACE enjoys direct access from the main exhibit hall to a dedicated aircraft static display area on an adjoining ramp.

EBACE 2005 is expected to draw more than 250 exhibitors, spanning some 600,000 sq ft of exhibit space, and feature at least 35 display aircraft. The event has grown fast since its 2001 debut. Last year it attracted almost 6,500 attendees.
