Less than a month after acquiring Marathon Flight Services at Kissimmee (Fla.) Gateway Airport and Carolina Air Center in Hilton Head, S.C., Signature Flight Support this week bought Regent Aviation’s FBOs at St. Paul Downtown and Rochester International Airports in Minnesota. According to Signature, both new locations provide complete business and general aviation fueling, ground handling and hangar storage, along with a wide range of related aircraft and passenger services, including aircraft maintenance at St. Paul and airline, charter, cargo and aircraft maintenance support at Rochester. “Regent Aviation’s employees bring a wealth of experience and keen understanding of the flight support business,” said Bruce Van Allen, president of Signature parent company BBA Aviation Flight Support. “They are a welcome addition…and we look forward to continuing to build upon the positive business and customer relationships they have developed over the years.” With this acquisition, the Signature Flight Support network includes 85 global locations, 49 of them in the U.S.
