Premier Aircraft Sales, a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based aircraft broker for Diamond Aircraft and Mooney, has partnered with AircraftLogs to distribute the latter’s automated record-keeping system. AircraftLogs manufactures digital aircraft management and recordkeeping systems for a range of requirements, from maintenance to tax reporting.

“Managing a large inventory of new and used aircraft that are based at various locations across our region presents a variety of challenges,” said Art Spengler, Premier senior vice president of sales. “We now have updated information at our fingertips from wherever we are in the world with regard to the critical status of each aircraft in our inventory.”

In addition to managing information about each airplane in the Premier fleet, the system will allow customers to virtually “inspect” the maintenance history of each aircraft online. “Not only does this save time and money in the decision-making process, but it also saves all of the aircraft records from loss or damage, protecting the value of the aircraft,” Spengler said.

Premier sales territory includes Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi, and the company was named “Dealer of the Year” in 2006 by Diamond and Mooney. AircraftLogs is owned by Stewart-Ratcliff Aviation Services and is based at Port Columbus International Airport in Columbus, Ohio.
