A two-day conference called “The Future of Business Jets” will be staged in Paris on October 16 and 17 with a target audience of operators, brokers, manufacturers, lawyers, consultants and prospective aircraft users. The agenda promises “a detailed guide to the advantages– and pitfalls–of owning and operating business jets,” and the forum will focus on ownership structures, fractional ownership, VAT, customs and registration, as well as other legal and financial issues. The event is being held in the Renaissance Hotel La Defense and is being organized by Quaynote Communications and FlyMann (a company that helps owners bring their aircraft onto the new Isle of Man register).
