Jet Aviation (Booth No. 3100) and Jetcraft (Booth No. 3308) have partnered to form Jetcraft Trading, a global aircraft sales and acquisition services venture.

The new business has offices in Minneapolis; Raleigh-Durham, N.C.; and Redding, Calif., and has established an office in St. Louis, Mo., as part of the alliance. Offices in Teterboro, N.J.; and Zurich, Switzerland, will be added next month, and additional locations in the Middle East, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific area are being considered. “Structured as an adjacent, but independent enterprise, this new alliance will effectively serve to bridge an important space in Jet Aviation’s unique end-to-end service delivery,” said Jet Aviation group CEO Peter Edwards.

“We look forward to aligning with Jet Aviation, knowing that all support services such as aircraft management, arranging for supplemental charter and full FBO services will be seamlessly available to our clients,” added John Ames, president and CEO of Jetcraft.

Jet Aviation’s European and U.S. services jointly manage more than 200 aircraft. Jetcraft specializes in midsize and large-cabin aircraft acquisitions, sales, brokerage and trading.
