Gulfstream Tops in 2007 AIN Product Support Survey
For the fifth year in a row, Gulfstream received highest honors in the AIN Product Support Survey.

For the fifth year in a row, Gulfstream received highest honors in the AIN Product Support Survey. The Savannah-based manufacturer took the top spot among newer business jets, achieving the highest response ratings in six of nine categories rated, while its support of older models swept the older business jet group with the highest ratings in all nine categories. Pilatus won the newer-turboprop group by the slimmest of margins, while the venerable King Air fleet took first place among older turboprops. Finally, Bell retained the lead in the rotorcraft support. More than 1,600 readers judged the OEMs on everything from aircraft reliability to technical manuals, and there were a number of surprises this year. As was the case last year, Newtown, Conn.-based Forecast International administered the survey on AIN’s behalf. The full article appears in the August issue, which will be arriving in mailboxes shortly. For those who can’t wait, check out AINonline.com for the full story.
