NBAA hosted a business aviation regional forum at Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre July 15-16, paving the way for the first Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE), scheduled to debut next summer in Shanghai in the People’s Republic of China. The Hong Kong forum brought 282 attendees from more than 20 countries and focused on business aviation in Asia. Exhibitors at the forum included such major business aviation companies as B/E Aerospace, Bombardier, Embraer, Gore Design Completions, Gulfstream, Satcom Direct and Universal Weather. NBAA described the region as “an emerging market with great potential for business aircraft and related products and services.”
