AIN Readers Rate Top FBOs in the Americas
Old favorites and new names earned high ratings in this year’s AIN FBO Survey Top 40 list.

Old favorites and new names earned high ratings in this year’s AIN FBO Survey Top 40 list. The many facilities that had tie scores this year might indicate that FBOs continue to improve in the four ratings categories: line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities and facilities. Wilson Air Center’s Memphis, Tenn. base, once again, tops the list, followed by AirFlite, Long Beach, Calif., up from number three last year. Million Air’s Pontiac, Mich. facility jumped from 12th position to third. Enterprise Jet Center, Houston Hobby, made its Top 40 debut at fourth place; followed by Million Air Minneapolis; Avitat Boca Raton; Business Jet Center (Dallas); City of Sugar Land, Texas (another Top 40 first and the highest rating for a municipal FBO); Skyservice Toronto (the highest-rated non-U.S. Americas FBO, up from 15th place); and Scottsdale Air Center, up from 14 last year. Results for the Americas appear in AIN’s April issue, and survey results for the rest of the world will be published in the May issue.
