Signature Flight Support began service at Hyeres Airport (TLN) in Toulon, France, on January 5, operating out of the main terminal until the new purpose-built, 4,000-sq-ft facility is completed. The new FBO complex is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of this year. Bruno Hardy will oversee operations at the FBO and will report to Louis DeMarque, general manager of Signature’s facility at Paris Le Bourget Airport.

Toulon is located roughly midway between Nice and Marseilles in the Provence/Cote d’Azur region of southeast France. Signature CEO Beth Haskins said, “Although Toulon is an important commercial and naval port for France, we expect most traffic will come through our facility in the summer as tourists come to stay in Provence.” The Toulon location is Signature’s fourth European location, the others being the Le Bourget facility and two bases in the UK, home of Signature parent company BBA.
