North Carolina’s Asheville Regional Airport will be the site of a $37 million, 373,000-sq-ft terminal, office and hangar development spearheaded by Aviation Development Group (ADG) of Denver. The company has released a request for proposals for companies interested in leasing all or part of the new facility, which initially will consist of a 95,000-sq-ft building “designed for an FBO, MRO, charter operator and a corporate flight department,” according to ADG. Bids were due on March 9 for the RFP. Other ADG projects include 41 executive and corporate hangars at Chino Airport in California, due for completion next month, and development of 10 acres at Concord, Calif.’s Buchanan Field, with 43 hangars planned.
