After a number of years of seeking airport approval, Jackson Hole Aviation recently renovated its customer lobby and added several new features to the FBO. Company v-p and general manager Bryan Burns said, “We opened up the whole facility interior to provide our passengers and crews with a more spacious seating area. Customers can now enjoy a spectacular view of the Grand Tetons while waiting for their flights.”

Waiting passengers now have access to high-speed Internet, two conference rooms, LCD tv, concierge services, hotel discounts, gourmet catering, and Hertz and Alamo rental cars on-site. For pilots, there are now courtesy crew cars.

The total cost of the improvements was $1 million. Following the upgrade, Jackson Hole Aviation now offers 25,000 sq ft of heated hangar space, 17 secured vehicle parking garages with valet service, and 4,200 sq ft of available office space for based tenants. The FBO added another 7,700 sq ft to its hangar to provide storage space for all its ground service equipment.
