Bizjet International gets FAA OK on Tay engines
The FAA has authorized Tulsa, Okla.-based BizJet International to become a Rolls-Royce overhaul facility for the Tay 611-8.

The FAA has authorized Tulsa, Okla.-based BizJet International to become a Rolls-Royce overhaul facility for the Tay 611-8. The MRO is now a Rolls-Royce authorized overhaul facility for both Spey 511-8 and Tay 611-8 engines with inspection, repair, midlife, overhaul, testing and calibration capability.

The company also announced that it recently completed the first non-OEM-installed Communications Group Iridium satellite fax system in the U.S. The system went into a Gulfstream IV.
