Banyan back with big new digs
Pilots no longer need to complain about the tight ramp space at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport FBO Banyan Air Services.

Pilots no longer need to complain about the tight ramp space at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport FBO Banyan Air Services. The FBO opened a new terminal and ramp on December 7. The new terminal includes a 2,800-sq-ft lobby with an 800-gallon saltwater aquarium, a waterfall, palm trees, three pilot lounges and separate bunk room, private mailboxes, showers, a business center, baggage holding area and two conference rooms. Pilots are invited to check out the new FBO at Banyan’s Super Bowl party on February 4 and partake in a tailgate buffet, games and prizes. Banyan also plans an official grand opening/open house celebration March 2 and 3. On January 27, Banyan is hosting the 11th Annual Challenge Air “Fly Day,” which offers about 150 disabled and seriously ill Florida children an opportunity to see what it’s like to fly in a small airplane.
