Executive charter operator Cirrus Middle East has joined forces with flight planner Universal Weather & Aviation to open a new FBO at Lebanon’s Beirut International Airport. The partners are the first company to apply for Lebanon’s new general handling certificate. Trading under the name Universal Aviation Beirut, the FBO operates from the airport’s general aviation terminal. Handling is also available through Aircraft Support & Service and JR Executive.

Cirrus Middle East is part of the German executive charter and regional airline group Cirrus Aviation. In addition to ad hoc services, the company operates on behalf of Bombardier’s Skyjet International fixed-rate block charter program in both Europe and the Middle East.
