Field Aviation Sales of Mississauga, Ontario, an authorized international sales rep for Raytheon Aircraft and its Beechcraft and Hawker products in Canada, now counts among its products Raytheon’s new Beechcraft King Air C90GT. The airplane was certified in December last year by the FAA and now has the approval of Transport Canada, effective September 29. Field Aviation has purchased two slots in this year’s production run of 56 aircraft. One has been sold to an Ontario customer and the second is available for delivery in December.

The C90GT is a high-performance version of the C90B and includes newer, more powerful, 750-shp Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A135-A engines, capable of reducing time-to-climb to 30,000 feet by 50 percent.
