Atlantic Aviation is busy upgrading old facilities and acquiring new ones. The recently completed purchase of Trajen Holdings will more than double Atlantic FBO sites from 19 to 42. Nine FBOs are to be renamed Atlantic immediately. Other sites, from Binghamton (BGM) and Elmira (ELM), N.Y., to Casper (CPR), Wyo., will be integrated into the network over the next nine months. Atlantic also said that operations at Lakeland Air Force Base/Kelly Field Annex (SKF), five miles from downtown and the San Antonio Riverwalk, will be open to general aviation traffic by December 1.

Atlantic has renovated its lobby, flight planning and passenger waiting areas at its FBO operating as Las Vegas Executive Air Terminal at McCarran International (LAS). The lobby area has  rounded front counter and the size of the flight planning room has been doubled. Computer facilities for pilots have been added.
