Greek FBO Athens Aviation Signature is introducing a new tailor-made package called “Fly & Save.” The package provides free cleaning services and fuel discounts for frequent visitors, the company said at EBACE.

Flying Group, based in Antwerp, Belgium, reported it is in final negotiations for the takeover of the Euralair FBO at Paris Le Bourget. It plans to upgrade the Euralair facilities.

British charter operator Bookajet announced it had added a third Citation Excel and a Premier I to its managed fleet, which now numbers six aircraft. Both newly added aircraft will operate out of Farnborough.

Avio Business Travel, an FBO at Vnukovo Airport near Moscow, plans to build a new general aviation terminal and three new hangars and expand its parking ramp to handle up to 18 aircraft. The company operates under the auspices of RusAero, which provides services at more than 140 airports in Russia.

Houston-based Universal Weather plans to open its new base at Beirut International Airport in Lebanon by the end of this month or early next month, company officials said. The FBO is a joint venture with Cirrus Middle East, part of the Cirrus Group of Germany. The companies have been providing handling service in Beirut since April.

A new business aviation terminal at Paris Le Bourget Airport is expected to be completed by the end of this year and to open in March next year. The terminal will accommodate two FBOs or airline companies. Meanwhile, Lyon Bron Airport is improving its FBO services to better attract foreign pilots.
