JetDirect Aviation purchased Regal Aviation, an FBO, maintenance, sales and charter/management company based at Dallas Love Field. JetDirect now owns three FBOs in the U.S. and three FAA repair stations and operates 64 charter aircraft. JetDirect also announced that it has retained equity partners AIG, Brantley Partners and HSBC “to assist in the significant growth of the business.” Early last month, JetDirect announced the purchase of Van Nuys, Calif.-based Spirit Aviation, which provides charter, sales and maintenance services.
