The FAA has recently awarded a repair station certificate to Arinc Direct’s Scottsdale Airport facility in Scottsdale, Ariz. The Arinc regional maintenance facility will now be able to service and repair more than 50 types of aircraft built by Raytheon, Bombardier, Cessna and Gulfstream.
As a certified repair station, Arinc Scottsdale can provide aircraft modifications, integration services, instrument repairs, complex maintenance and static system testing, as well as several categories of inspection. Scottsdale can also provide all disciplines of non-destructive testing, including dye penetrant, Magnaflux, eddy current and radiography.
“Arinc Scottsdale has grown from two employees to 21 in two years because of demands for our services,” stated Craig Bevington, sales manager for Arinc Aircraft Services. “The repair station certificate will allow us to provide a wider variety of services to our customers, including avionics installations and modifications, major inspections and important items that need immediate repair.”
