Bombardier Aerospace has named Montreal’s Innotech Aviation, a division of IMP Group, a preferred completion center for the Global XRS and Global 5000.
In 1980 Innotech was the first company Bombardier named an authorized service facility for the Challenger. The company is also an authorized service facility and modification center for the Global Express.
Innotech will operate its completion activities out of the company’s 90,000-sq-ft facility at Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport in Dorval, Quebec.
Innotech also announced it has received approval from the Government of Aruba, a Dutch protectorate, to perform all scheduled maintenance on Global Expresses. This follows the recent awarding of similar approvals by the Government of Macau, a special administrative region of the People’s Republic of China. The approvals include base and line maintenance for the Challenger 601, Honeywell GTCP-150 auxiliary power units, aircraft components and airframe structural repairs.
