Landmark Aviation has completed its acquisition of Skyport, the full-service FBO at the Westchester County Airport (HPN) in New York.

“With the closure of this acquisition, Landmark Aviation expands the maintenance, repair and FBO services we offer aircraft owners and operators throughout the New York City area and the Northeast,” said Landmark CEO Roger Wolfe. He added, “Landmark will continue to invest in the facility to make Skyport a world-class FBO.”

Landmark HPN will serve as a base for one of the FBO/maintenance network’s Mobile Service Team (MST) of technicians, available 24/7 for on-site aircraft repairs, Wolfe said. Landmark MSTs are fully operational and supporting customer maintenance needs in the Northeast, so customers need not fly to the maintenance location.
