APPH of Runcorn, England, has purchased Arnoni Aviation, a major independent supplier of Hawker parts. APPH provides specialty aviation services, including hydraulic solutions for the aerospace industry, landing gear systems, actuation systems, hydraulic assemblies, filters and other repair/overhaul services. The company has also changed its name to Arnoni Aviation Services.

The acquisition will provide increased capital for new projects and product lines, as well as enhanced supply contacts in the UK and U.S. Founder Yoel Arnoni will continue as president, and vice president and general manager Ted Ingram and the rest of the Arnoni management team will stay on as well. APPH is part of the BBA Group.
