Start-up Waypoint Partners of Fort Lauderdale is a new member of the industry, specializing in the monitoring of cabin completion, extensive refurbishment and modification of business aircraft. The company’s three principals–Michael Sowa, Kenneth Murray and Robert Liddell–have a total of more than 75 years of experience in the aviation industry. Waypoint’s job is to help businesses or individuals “monitor crucial aircraft production phases by augmenting existing aviation department team members or individuals who might not have the experience, resources or time required to keep pace with the rapid changes and advances in business aircraft completion and refurbishment processes.” More specific services also include aircraft pre-purchase, acquisition consultation, operational start-up assistance and vendor mediation.
