Sikorsky will sell two S-76Ds to Premier Aviation Services of Ireland, for VIP and business travel use. Premier–the first European customer for the -D model–plans to operate its aircraft from Weston Airport outside Dublin.

The S-76D was launched in February and incorporates engine, airframe, interior and avionics upgrades to help the type remain competitive in the corporate VIP, offshore oil, airline and public-service sectors. Improvements include new composite main rotor blades, a quieter tail rotor, icing protection, a new Thales cockpit and new Pratt & Whitney Canada PW210 engines.
