HighTech Finishing announced at the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition that last year was its best 12 months since 2001. The Houston company, which supplies decorative plating for aircraft fittings, attributes the strong 2005 performance to demand for new aircraft as well as increased activity in interior refurbishment. In the past year, HighTech has been selected to do decorative plating for four new business jets–the Eclipse 500, Embraer Phenom 100 and 300, and the Sino Swearingen SJ30-2.
