Avantair has chosen JSSI’s Tip-to-Tail airframe maintenance cost-guarantee program to cover its fleet of Piaggio Avantis. JSSI developed the Tip-to-Tail airframe hourly cost maintenance program to complement its engine programs. According to the company, OEM interest has driven the addition of new aircraft models–including the Piaggio Avanti and Avanti II–to the Tip-to-Tail program.

“A great deal of research and analysis of true operating costs is needed to calculate an hourly airframe usage fee,” said John Haskins, president and CEO of JSSI. “We cover the entire airframe, including the avionics suite, life-limited components and even labor costs so the customer can have a stable maintenance budget without any surprises.” Tip-to-Tail programs are available for more than 40 different aircraft models.
