Airbus delays ‘A30X,’ advances A320neo schedules
Airbus has rescheduled plans to address perceived airline requirements for more-efficient single-aisle jetliners.
Airbus has advanced the service-entry date for the A320neo to October 2015, six months earlier than previously planned. It also confirmed its selection of the Pratt & Whitney PW1100G geared turbofan as the lead development powerplant.
