Northrop Grumman’s UK subsidiary, Park Air Systems, has been selected to supply air traffic control upgrades in Central and Eastern Europe worth approximately $15 million. “The company’s communications, navigation and surveillance capabilities will enhance air traffic control throughout the region,” said Park Air managing director Charles Housego, The systems to be supplied include T6 digital radios for Romatsa of Romania and a new surface movement guidance and control system for Budapest’s Ferihegy Airport.
