FAA To Hold Meetings on San Diego Airspace Redo
Three meetings in late June will solicit input from users and interested parties

The FAA will hold three informal meetings to discuss proposed changes to Class B airspace in San Diego, Calif. Airspace users and “others” are invited to present views, recommendations and comments on the proposal. All three meetings will be held at 6 p.m. PDT on June 28, 29 and 30 at the Commuter Airport Terminal at San Diego International Airport, 3225 North Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101. Doors will open at 5:30, and those wishing to speak should sign in before the meeting starts.


The agenda will include an informal presentation of the FAA’s Planned Class B Airspace Modifications; solicitation of public comments; stations of interest on Class B airspace area modification; and presentation of a drop box for written comments.


Comments on the proposal may also be sent in triplicate to Tracey Johnson, manager, operations and support group, Western Service Center, Air Traffic Organization FAA at 1601 Lind Avenue SW, Renton WA 98057 or by fax to (425) 203-4505. Comments must be received on or before August 15 to be considered.
