NTSB’s Rosekind Headed to NHTSA
New NHTSA chief must be confirmed by the Senate.

Mark Rosekind, an NTSB Board member for the past four years, was nominated by President Obama last week to head the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The Senate must confirm Rosekind, an expert on fatigue management, before the appointment. His departure could leave the NTSB at the minimum level of three members needed to conduct regular business.
