U.S. small- and medium-size enterprises can learn about the procurement processes of large companies from both sides of the Atlantic during a series of free conferences arranged by Paris Air Show organizer SIAE in cooperation with the Aerospace Industries Association and its French counterpart GIFAS. Scheduled to take place during a three-day period, from Tuesday, June 14, to Thursday, June 16, at Chalet D 219, the conferences will feature presentations from Safran, Boeing, Raytheon and Northrop Grumman, among others.
Meanwhile, on June 14, at 9:30 a.m. Bob Connan of the U.S. Commercial Service will speak at the U.S. National Pavilion, Hall 3 D13, about his organization’s success in helping more than 9,000 businesses export $34 billion worth of goods and services last year. After the briefing, industry specialists from 13 Commercial Service posts in the U.S. will offer advice on finding new export partners, entering new markets and increasing market sha
