The guarantee credits flight hours back to the client in the event the company does not have an aircraft and crew in position for an on-time departure, except in situations beyond Magellan’s control, such as weather and ATC delays. U.S.-based Magellan sources aircraft from 180 Part 135 operators with spare lift capacity.
