The National Transportation Safety Board will highlight lessons learned from the Board’s accident investigations involving technically advanced aircraft (TAA) at an event on November 8 at the Board’s Ashburn, Va. training center. Among the speakers will be Board member Earl Weener and NTSB staff members who have investigated such accidents. The four-hour event will look at current government and industry efforts to prevent TAA accidents and the resources available to the pilot community. Designed for pilots, mechanics and other members of the GA community, the event is free of charge.
