The National Transportation Safety Board will meet to determine the probable cause of the March 30, 2013 crash of an Alaska Department of Public Safety AS350B3 near Talkeetna, Alaska, that claimed three lives. The meeting begins November 5 at 9:30 a.m. at the NTSB Board Room and Conference Center, 429 L’Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, D.C.
